ĀticcoLab launches its first Call for Pitch Competition in collaboration with Netmentora Catalunya. This edition 'Women Edition' is focused on projects with at least one woman in the founding team.
AticcoLab Pitch Competition - Women Edition with Netmentora Catalunyais a call to give visibility and offer resources to innovative projects driven by women.
What type of projects is the call for proposals for?
The call is looking for innovative start-up projects that have an operational MVP and if possible some metrics or turnover.
Both physical and digital projects will be accepted regardless of their stage of growth, as long as they have a woman among their founding team.
What do participating projects get?
The finalist projects will obtain visibility through the communication channels of the promoters of AticcoLab and Netmentora Catalunya, and of the rest of the collaborating organizations in the initiative on March 8th, coinciding with Women's Day.and the rest of the collaborating organizations in the initiative on March 8, coinciding with Women's Day. They will also have access to a preparatory session for the Pitch Competition in Madrid or Barcelona.
The Pitch Competition will be held in Barcelona (March 16) and Madrid (March 18). One winner will be selected in each of the Pitch Competitions and will receive in-kind prizes valued between €15,000 and €50,000, depending on the project.
Among the prizes are visibility and diffusion of interviews, a mentoring session with an expert from the AticcoLab mentoring network, 3 months of free membership in the coworking spaces of Aticco and the possibility of participating in the Netmentora Catalunya mentoring program or acceleration in AticcoLab and/or launching a crowdfunding campaign with reduced commissions on the Ulule or Crowdcube platforms.
