#Aticcoworkers: Lola Giralt

Today we introduce you to Lola Giraltone of the few coworkers who can boast that she has been working with us for more than a year. with us since the beginning of Aticco! Lola is a 28 year old rider and polyglot from Extremadura. She studied at the University of Granada, has lived in five countries and speaks English, French and Russian. For a few years she studied and worked in St. Petersburg, where she founded Hisparos Translations, a company specialized in sworn translations based in different cities in Spain. Sworn translations are in great demand in law firms and in the legal sector in general. Globalization has reached its peak and the Spanish business fabric is increasingly nourished by foreign alliances. Upon graduation, Lola was able to see the opportunity she had by focusing on her business to this specific niche market. And that is how Hisparos Translations was born in 2012. Today, the company is made up of a freelance team of 40 people offering services in Spain and internationally. In this evolution, Lola is clear about the fundamental role she has played in Aticco at a professional level. "And the fact is that the fact of being surrounded by entrepreneurs makes you change your mentalityIn my case, it has meant that you set goals for your company that you didn't even consider before. In my case, it has meant moving from a freelance mentality to a CEO mentality in a very short time. Currently, Lola and her team are professionals in sworn translations in different fields: legal, financial and business, commercial and academic. "We offer language services for the legal sector and we specialize in sworn translations," says Lola. As in all businesses, Lola has also encountered some difficulties along the way (nothing that can't be solved!). For our coworker, the most complicated thing is to keep up to date with updates, both at a technical and management level. "It is a constant change".

Although Lola Giralt, founder of Hisparos Translations, can be found on our penthouse floor at Aticco Coworking Ronda Sant Pere (Barcelona), her company has other locations nationwide: Badajoz, Seville and Malaga. But our coworker has new projects in mind and among them is the possibility of incorporating more locations in her list of offices.
