Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Flex and Fix?

FIX: Having a coworking Fix table means having your own work table and your dedicated space in coworking. You can leave your personal belongings on the desk and you can even work with your own screen if necessary.

Flex: This mode gives you access to all designated flex areas. These include not only flexible tables but also common areas, kitchens, sofas, and our terraces. Just remember, you can’t leave your belongings in those spaces.

Can I make long calls from my desk?

We don’t have a policy of silence at coworking tables. We use the common sense standard 😉 You can take calls as long as you respect your neighbors. If you know you need to make a call that will last a long time, you can use one of our Available Skype Booths

Is there a contract notice period?

Our contracts have a notice period, you can leave whenever you want but as long as you respect our 30 days notice period.

If I already have my plan in Aticco, can I make use of the spaces of the other locations?

Coworkers that have contracted FIX or private offices can use the common areas in the rest of Aticco locations in the Office hours (from 9 to 6pm). If you need to organize a meeting in a different location than yours, you have to contact the community builder and ask him to book the room. Flex coworkers or with minor modalities only have access to the center in which they have processed coworking.

Is space really 24/7?

Yes! You can come to work at Aticco at any time and any day of the year. We have fingerprint access that allows you to enter space whenever you need it.

Can I receive packages at Aticco?

Of course. With any of the plans. Send everything you need to your Aticco and your Community Builder will deliver it directly to you.

What payment can i do?

If you have a European bank account, you can easily pay with SEPA direct debit. Otherwise, you can make your payment by bank transfer or by paying directly with a VISA at the reception. In addition, if you have a valid European VAT number (except Spanish numbers) You are exempt from VAT.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. The deposit corresponds to a one-month fee.

What are the advantages of renting a private office within a coworking space?

Renting a private office in a coworking space combines the benefits of you own office with opportunities for an open coworking space. It is ideal for teams that need privacy and freedom when it comes to making calls or talking to their peers. And besides this, you won’t have to worry about anything, your office is already furnished, it has air conditioning, independent heating and everything you need to start working on the first day. And you can customize it with your style!
