A community that we are proud of and that we want you to know. In this edition of Meet our Community, we want to tell you about the Fin2gO consultancy.
We had the opportunity to chat with Esteban Galindo, Managing Partner of Fin2gO, about his experience at Aticco Workspaces. Keep reading, and we'll tell you all about it.
Accounting, tax and labor advice for entrepreneurs and companies
Fin2gO is a digital consultancy focused on helping companies, startups, and new entrepreneurs with accounting, tax, and labor issues, and also offers consulting services, financial management, business plans, etc.
“What we are looking for is to give that financial support that all companies need so that they understand their business and their numbers in the language they consider, so that they can make good decisions.”
Esteban emphasizes the close relationship they have with their clients on a daily basis to help them resolve their doubts and prepare all the information they need on a recurring basis. In this way, they seek to provide the "good tools and good data" for decision-making through speed, reliability, and the translation of that information to the client's needs.
Scalability and multiple services at Aticco Workspaces
Fin2gO chose Aticco Urquinaona as its workplace over a year ago, a decision based on several factors, the first of which is scalability. At Aticco, they have found the possibilities to continue growing without worrying about space management.
“That ease of being able to grow obviously gives us a flexibility that a traditional office does not give you.”
The second factor for betting on coworking at Aticco are the services it offers. From the facilities, the location, and the mobility options, to its extensive agenda of activities and events for the community, they are an added value for both Fin2gO employees and their clients.
Some of the aspects that Esteban highlights in this regard are: The atmosphere, the activities that Aticco organizes, the central location, the meeting rooms, a terrace with wonderful views where there is an after-work for the community on Thursdays, the possibility of working in different areas of the building, the ease of working from Aticco María de Molina when they have to meet with clients in Madrid, and the networking.
«For us, being in Aticco is very important because coworking offers you a flexibility that you cannot achieve in a traditional way, and it offers you that networking that Aticco offers over other coworkings, which I can say has a differential value. (…) We were looking to enter a little more into an ecosystem, where I repeat that at the networking level we had an advantage for us, and at the level of our workers it is a more pleasant place to work.»
Community and lots of networking
The training events, community activities, and networking in general, have been fundamental to Fin2gO's experience at Aticco. On the one hand, it has allowed them to stay close to some of their clients who are also based at Aticco, as well as create new links and expand their network with other members. And on the other hand, Esteban highlights that the events and activities are a benefit that positively impacts his workers, as well as the fact that they can participate in those that take place in the different Aticco centers.
“The decision to come here was always right, we have found what we wanted and what we thought we were going to find. (…) In terms of space, in terms of proactivity of activities, in terms of networking, in terms of ease for our workers, Aticco offers exactly what it says and even exceeds it, therefore it is already a good decision.”
