PURPOSE OF TREATMENT

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

– Carry out the necessary commercial and administrative procedures with customers and/or users of the website campaigns.aticco.com.

- To manage the contractual relationship derived from the services requested, including the management of access to the facilities.

- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, in the event that the User has expressly consented to receive commercial communications by electronic means or is a customer of Aticco in accordance with Article 21.2 of the LSSICE.

– Manage registration, participation, and organization of events, conferences, activities, and other initiatives organized by Cospace, S.L., either independently or in collaboration with third-party collaborators and partners.

- Respond to queries and/or provide information requested by the User.

- Use your data to contact you, both electronically and non-electronically, to obtain your feedback on the service provided.

- Notify you of important changes or developments to the privacy policy, legal notice, cookie policy.

- Profiling and usability analysis will be performed.

- The data of customers and/or suppliers will be processed, within the contractual relationship that binds them to the responsible party, in compliance with the administrative, fiscal, accounting and labor obligations that are necessary under current legislation.

In accordance with the LSSICE, COSPACE, S.L. does not engage in spamming practices; therefore, it does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the user. Consequently, in all communications the user receives from the provider, the user may exercise their right to object or revoke their consent to stop receiving our communications.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described above, except as required by law or court order.

 

LEGITIMACY OF THE TREATMENT

The legal basis that enables the above treatments is as follows:

– Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR), including registration and management of attendance at events, conferences, and other activities.

- Legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6.1.f RGPD), regarding satisfaction surveys, usability analysis and security measures.

- User consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD) for the sending of commercial communications and the dissemination of content in digital media.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility to subscribe, register or receive information about the Provider's products and services.

In cases where there is a prior contractual relationship between the parties, the legitimacy for the development of administrative, tax, accounting and labor obligations that are necessary under current legislation will be the prior existence of the business relationship established between the parties.

In particular, in the case of events, conferences, activities, and other initiatives organized jointly with third-party collaborators or partners, Cospace, S.L. may disclose to such third parties the personal data of registered users that is necessary for the organization, management, or follow-up of the event. The data disclosed may include first and last names, email address, phone number, company, and job title, as well as preferences related to attending the event, and any other information the user provides on the registration form that is necessary for managing the joint event. 

 

When such third-party collaborators or partners process the data for their own purposes—such as sending marketing communications on their own behalf—they will act as independent data controllers and must comply with their own information obligations and all other obligations established by applicable personal data protection regulations. 

 

The user will be informed of the identities of the third-party recipients at the time of event registration via the registration form itself, the event landing page, or any other equivalent means.  

 

Furthermore, your personal data will not be transferred internationally without your prior consent, without prejudice to the right to block or cancel your account if there are indications that you may have committed a crime. The information provided will be limited to what the service provider currently has on file.

In the event that, for the proper provision of the service, COSPACE, S.L. resorts to technology providers located outside the EEA (e.g. cloud services), the appropriate guarantees required by the RGPD will be applied, such as the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as well as, where appropriate, additional technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data.

The information you provide to us through this website or the app will be hosted on COSPACE, S.L.’s servers, which are provided by Kinsta Inc. The processing of data by that entity is governed by a data processor agreement between the service provider and that company. Under no circumstances will this data processor subcontract services involving any data processing to third parties without our prior consent.

Within the framework of coworking contracts, the client (company) may communicate to COSPACE, S.L. employee or collaborator data for the purpose of managing access to the facilities. This communication is considered a transfer of data between independent data controllers, so that each party assumes its own responsibility for the processing it performs.

PRESERVATION OF YOUR DATA

Once that purpose has been fulfilled, the data may be kept properly blocked for the periods required by law to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, after which it will be permanently deleted.
