- The data of customers and/or suppliers will be processed, within the contractual relationship that binds them to the responsible party, in compliance with the administrative, fiscal, accounting and labor obligations that are necessary under current legislation.

En consecuencia, en todas las comunicaciones que recibirá del prestador, el usuario puede ejercer su derecho de oposición o revocar su consentimiento para dejar de recibir nuestras comunicaciones.

LEGITIMACY OF THE TREATMENT

The legal basis that enables the above treatments is as follows:

– Ejecución del contrato en el que el interesado es parte (art. 6.1.b RGPD), incluyendo la inscripción y gestión de la asistencia a eventos, jornadas y otras actividades..

- Legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6.1.f RGPD), regarding satisfaction surveys, usability analysis and security measures.

- User consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD) for the sending of commercial communications and the dissemination of content in digital media.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility to subscribe, register or receive information about the Provider's products and services.

In cases where there is a prior contractual relationship between the parties, the legitimacy for the development of administrative, tax, accounting and labor obligations that are necessary under current legislation will be the prior existence of the business relationship established between the parties.

 

RECIPIENTS OF ASSIGNMENTS OR TRANSFERS

COSPACE, S.L. no comunicará los datos personales de los usuarios a terceros, salvo que exista una base jurídica que legitime dicha comunicación conforme al RGPD, como el cumplimiento de una obligación legal, la atención de requerimientos judiciales o administrativos, la ejecución de una relación contractual cuando proceda, o el consentimiento del interesado.

En particular, en el caso de eventos, jornadas, actividades y otras iniciativas organizadas juntamente con terceros colaboradores o partners, Cospace, S.L. podrá comunicar a dichos terceros los datos personales de los usuarios inscritos que resulten necesarios para la organización, gestión o seguimiento del evento. Los datos comunicados podrán incluir nombre y apellidos, email, teléfono, empresa y cargo profesional, así como preferencias vinculadas a la asistencia al evento, y cualquier otra información que el usuario facilite en el formulario de inscripción y que resulte necesaria para la gestión del evento en colaboración. 

 

Cuando dichos terceros colaboradores o partners traten los datos para sus propias finalidades, como por ejemplo para el envío de comunicaciones comerciales por su cuenta, actuarán como responsables independientes del tratamiento, debiendo cumplir con sus propias obligaciones de información y con el resto de las obligaciones establecidas por la normativa aplicable en materia de protección de datos personales. 

 

La identidad de los terceros destinatarios será informada al usuario en el momento de la inscripción al evento mediante el propio formulario de registro, la landing page del evento o cualquier otro medio equivalente.  

 

Por otro lado, no se realizarán transferencias internacionales de sus datos de carácter personal sin su consentimiento previo sin perjuicio de poder bloquear o cancelar su cuenta si puede haber indicios de la comisión de algún delito por parte del usuario. La información facilitada será solamente la que disponga en este momento el prestador.

La información que usted nos proporcione tanto a través de este sitio web como a través de la aplicación será alojada en los servidores de COSPACE, S.L., contratados a la empresa Kinsta Inc. El tratamiento de los datos de dicha entidad se encuentra regulado mediante un contrato de encargado del tratamiento entre el prestador y dicha empresa.
