Success Stories: HelloFresh and the perfect recipe for scaling up

We chat with Arnaud StahlCo-CEO & COO of HelloFresh Spain, about its mission, its growth and how a flexible workspace has played a key role in its expansion.

What is HelloFresh?

HelloFresh is a meal delivery service that delivers easy-to-follow recipes and fresh, well-measured, ready-to-cook ingredients. Convenience, taste and efficiency, all in one box. And behind that proposition is a clear mission.

"We are launching HelloFresh in 2022 and our mission is to change the way people eat for good.", Arnaud tells us.

"One of the keys to HelloFresh's success is that we offer convenient solutions for families who don't have time, neither to think of new recipes, nor to plan grocery shopping, nor to go grocery shopping."

And it's not just about launching a product and that's it. Active listening is part of the process: "We use a lot of customer feedback, and that helps us to constantly improve the product.."
