At this time, Kasaz is in its infancy. They tell us that, for them, starting this launch process is the most difficult for a marketplace. "You have to convince sellers to trust you when you don't have buyers yet, and you have to convince buyers to use your portal when you barely have any sellers.
Little by little, this real estate portal is growing and increasing the number of properties. The number of buyers is increasing at the same pace, so things are looking up for Kasaz!
"With the idea of improving the current situation Kasaz is born".
This project aims to improve the market of real estate portalsby facilitating the search or sale of houses to interested users. But how did Kasaz come about?
"The idea was born out of a personal frustration of Sebastien Marion, founder of Kasaz. After moving to Spain from the UK, he started looking for a house and realized that there was a lot of incorrect and erroneous incorrect and misleading information on the current real estate portals".
Sebastien thinks this is a drawback at the time of buying a house and building a home because "it thus creates a lot of frustration in a process that should make you excited." Thus Kasaz was born in December 2017.
