Our flexible housing model eliminates last minute surprises. In order to adapt to the dynamic lifestyle of our colivers, we create simple contracts with no bills or direct debits to send and no agency fees.

We make it easy for them to shorten or lengthen the contract according to their needs of stay in the city. And we have the possibility to relocate the colivers among our coliving apartments according to the area they are interested in.

We make it possible for colivers to forget about the day-to-day management so that they can focus on boosting their careers and creating a community that makes them feel at home. The services we offer are:
