Compared to conventional offices, coworking spaces usually offer flexible plans that adapt to the growth of teams. In this regard, Paula Ferrer explains that they came to Aticco looking precisely for adaptability:

  • Being part of a community:

Creating community is something that coworkings are very conscious of. For this reason, they often organize breakfasts, sports or creative activities, which create a sense of belonging among users. This is explained by Pilar Moliné, founder of Becadvisor:

»What I look for in a coworking is community. Sometimes when you are starting a business you get stuck with simple things, here you can solve them thanks to the advice of other coworkers».

Training is another key aspect that characterizes the flexible spaces, where a multitude of training or inspirational events are held, offering support to projects and professionals.

In the case of Aticco, we have implemented startup acceleration programs through the open innovation support platform. AticcoLab which offers mentoring, training and, of course, a workspace in the coworking centers for startups of Aticco Workspaces at Barcelona y Madrid.
