What market are you in?

The main thing is to be clear about the market in which you are going to launch your project. Analyze it to know who you are competing against and how you can improve in different aspects. This step will be very important to find a niche in the market and that you can undertake it standing out from the rest.  

Define your objectives

Once you know what market you are in and what your competition is doing, set some objectives to know where to move forward. How can you define them? Follow the process known as SMARTYour objectives must be specific, measurable, achievable, real and temporary. This method will make your work easier.  

Calculate costs and seek financing

First of all, start calculating your costs and write them down in an Excel table. To launch your project, you may find it difficult to finance everything you have coming up... ...so now is the time to seek help. Learn from your mistakes
