How to become a successful entrepreneur?

Working in a creative environment surrounded by professionals promotes collaboration and the growth of your project. At Aticco we have many examples that have grown with us.

More and more entrepreneurs are choosing to work from a coworking space, which offers the flexibility needed to work from different areas and combine schedules. 

The entrepreneurial ecosystem that is generated in a shared space is unmatched. The opportunity to connect with different people focused on undertaking and growing their projects generates great collaboration opportunities, creating possible synergies. Networking, as we have already discussed in another of our articles, is vital for personal and professional development, and in a fertile environment like Aticco, freelance profiles can grow thanks to the variety of companies that are found. 

Embarking on entrepreneurial activity involves facing multiple challenges; confidence and the ability to react are fundamental factors in overcoming them. A great deal of information is needed on various aspects, such as the development of a business plan, legal and fiscal aspects, market research, etc. For this, and especially in the early stages of project germination, learning is essential. Therefore, being surrounded by the right people from whom to learn is one of the main attractions of our ecosystem. The Aticco community is made up of companies from various industries, startups and entrepreneurs who grow thanks to creativity, collaboration and experimentation. 

Another major challenge is organizing the entrepreneur's time. Proper task planning leads to time optimization and, consequently, better results. Nowadays, being able to work from a comfortable and flexible space is key. In addition, having all the amenities and features, such as high-speed internet, suitable furniture, etc., improves concentration and productivity. The new rates we have at Aticco adapt to the schedules and needs of entrepreneurs.

One of the examples of successful entrepreneurs in our community is our coworker Alex Caudet, B2B Sales manager, entrepreneur and advisor who is currently part of AticcoLab

His motivation to start and grow led him to create his own digital marketing agency, and although it was not what he expected, the learning was very useful. In 2017, thanks to the 4YFN (MWC) he met the team from Nuclio Venture Builder and began to participate as a co-founder of a B2B services marketplace – Eelp «A SaaS focused on providing service to real estate asset managers», of which he is a partner and investor. And as there are no two without three, two years ago he founded RaiseTheBar.tech, the hybrid consulting firm with training and development focused on B2B Sales Management that supports and accompanies the different positions, and aligns the team towards the growth of the company.

Alex started at Aticco Urquinaona as one of the first coworkers of the newly opened space. After a few years, he has returned to his origins twice, as an entrepreneur and consultant, and as Program Manager of AticcoLab, the startup acceleration program. For Alex, Aticco is "that innovative space to develop my ideas, my projects, and establish relationships with clients, suppliers, and grow the business." 

Being able to meet other entrepreneurs and accompany people to become their best version in order to generate a positive impact is something that makes him proud. He is clear that his desire to accompany Aticco multiplies his ambition to see it grow and do it together in all its aspects.
