Factorial, the HR solution at Aticco Workspaces

Factorial was created as a solution to improve and facilitate the human resources processes of small and medium-sized companies. Its product consists of a software that offers tools for employees, managers and the human resources department of any company.

The HR startup of exponential growth

With six years in the market, today more than 7,500 companies in 65 countries optimize their human resources processes with Factorial.  Factorial's growth has been exponential, in the last six months they have gone from 200 to 700 employees, and that is what made them decide to look for a coworking space to install their headquarters, instead of a traditional office.

Coworking to feel at home

In an interview with Aticco, Jeancarlo Canepa, Head of Customer Experience Europe, explained that they were looking for a coworking with which they felt identified, and they found it at Aticco. And he also says that since their arrival at Aticco Bogatell they felt very welcome, and he considers that since then the treatment they have received has brought wellbeing to the team.

The community events, especially the Afterwork events held on Thursdays at all Aticco centers, have been a space that the Factorial team enjoys, both for networking and for having a good time in community.

Bogatell TerraceGrowth to the fullest

Factorial has become a benchmark startup, positioning itself at the forefront of those known as HR Techand continues to grow strongly. Recently, it has announced the third investment round in its history, a Series B of 80 million euros. With this, the HR management startup seeks growth focused on the development of new functionalities, with the objective of continuing to help medium-sized companies achieve digitalization.  Thus, Factorial's future plans include further growth, tripling its revenues for the coming year and continuing to expand its team as well.
