The secret of a happy company

We continue with the »AticcoTalks by PayFit» at Aticco Coworking. In this case with a topic related to happiness in the work environment between employees and companies. As already we told you in the previous postThe objective of this collaboration is to provide a cycle of talks on human resources to provide entrepreneurs and startups with the necessary training and thus facilitate their human resources management, adaptation to legislative changes in human resources and digitization.  

Talent retention - Second AticcoTalk by PayFit

  Last May 30, we held the second AticcoTalks by PayFitentitled 'Happy employees, happy companies'. Giulia Miazzo, HR manager at PayFit reflected on the reasons why employees change jobs.. In the talk, different reasons came up, such as: management style, team, remuneration, career plan, or work-life balance.. A study conducted by Randstad reveals that happy employees can increase productivity by 44%. Next, Giulia presented us with the success story of PayFit, a startup which was born in France three years ago, and currently employs more than 250 people. Its mission is to bring happiness to the daily lives of employees and customers. How? For employees, by offering a multitude of motivations and facilities, and for customers by offering a high quality product and service. It was very interesting to understand some of PayFit's best practices., specifically, its HR strategy is based on three blocks: A coherent corporate culture and an ambitious project where each employee has a well-defined role. A selection process with a double objective: to get to know the candidate very well and for the candidate to get to know the candidate very well. to the project and the team. In this aspect, several stages within the selection process stand out: like an interview of the candidate with one of the founders of the company, or a meeting afterwork prior to the candidate's incorporation with the team so that he/she can get to know the colleagues in an informal environment and that direct contact with the person is promoted. In this aspect they favor transparent communication with the use of tools such as Slack or an internal newsletter; flexibility and conciliation, and closer ways of connecting, such as team building activities. PayFit's objective is to optimize processes through its exclusive platform. Through it we will be able to: have a history of all the payrolls that we generate, request vacations and absences in an easy and intuitive way, have a global vision of the company through an organization chart. At the end we were able to network with the rest of the AticcoWorkers and we were also lucky enough to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the terrace at Aticco Urquinaona.
