This week the "AticcoTalks by PayFit" took off at Aticco Coworking.

This collaboration aims to provide a series of talks on human resources to provide entrepreneurs and startups with the necessary training and thus facilitate their human resources management, adaptation to legislative changes in human resources and digitization.

The first AticcoTalk by PayFit

It was: "Benefits of digitizing payroll" given by Carlos Basso, Head of product of PayFit in Spain. Carlos explained in a clear and dynamic way the current context of digitalization and the importance of optimizing internal processes. One of the most delicate internal processes in a company is payroll management.

Carlos challenged the audience by asking who had received a payroll incorrectly during their professional career and 50% of hands were raised. In addition, most of the attendees stated that they had problems understanding a payroll, since some of the concepts were not clear where they came from.

After explaining the current problems and encouraging the attendees to reflect on whether or not they should get on the payroll digitalization rocket, Carlos presented PayFit, an easy, modern and intuitive platform that stands out from the traditional payroll management system.
